Paul McLaughlin has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Paul is currently the Head of Middle Market Casualty at Lexington Insurance Company since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Underwriting Manager for Lexington Casualty & Healthcare at AIG from 2016 to 2022. From 2005 to 2016, they held various roles at Lexington Insurance Company, including Product Line Manager for Healthcare Division, Miscellaneous Medical Facilities, Product Line Manager for Managed Care E&O, Assistant Product Line Manager for General Casualty, and Sr. Production Specialist for General Casualty. Before joining Lexington Insurance Company, they served as the Controller at Enterprise Storage Solutions from 1999 to 2005. Paul began their career in the insurance industry at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 1987, working in underwriting.
Paul McLaughlin has an MBA in Finance from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Paul also holds a BS in Accounting from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
