Erica Prairie, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Lexington Manufacturing, LLC, where Erica leads the enterprise learning and change strategy, focusing on digital fluency and AI readiness across global teams. Prior to this, Erica was a Principal Consultant at EP Consulting, guiding organizational transformations, and held the position of Senior Manager at General Mills, directing learning strategies for over 10,000 employees. With extensive experience at Optum and Target in tech talent development and digital transformation, Erica has designed and implemented various talent management and learning programs to enhance organizational capability. Erica's educational background includes an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a B.S. in Mass Communications from Minnesota State Moorhead, and a certificate in photography from Rocky Mountain School of Photography.
