Michelle Manbeck

Michelle Manbeck currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Yahoo, where responsibilities include leading global learning initiatives for Customer Care, developing annual learning strategies, and managing capability frameworks across multiple teams. Previously, Michelle held the role of Director of Global Training, Knowledge Management & Sales Strategy at Yahoo, focusing on training and sales enablement for the Member Services organization, notably during the Yahoo-AOL merger. Prior experience includes significant positions at AOL, where Michelle directed Training and Knowledge Management for the Global Customer Care organization and supported training initiatives across various communication channels. Michelle began a career in education, developing curricula in K–12 and higher education, holding a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Education from Slippery Rock University.
