Karen Tisdale, MHA, RRT, currently serves as the Manager of Performance Analytics at Lexington Medical Center, with prior roles as a Data Analyst and Business Services Analyst, focusing on operational improvement and efficiency in the Physician Network. Tisdale completed a Practice Administration Fellowship at the same institution, where analysis of workflows and productivity metrics was conducted. Previous experience includes positions as a Respiratory Therapist at Littleton Adventist Hospital and in the US Army, where Tisdale advanced through various roles, culminating in service in the medical corps after graduating with honors from the Interservice Respiratory Therapy Program. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Colorado State University Global, an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from Thomas Edison State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Denver.
