Tiffany S. has over 30 years of work experience in the medical field. Tiffany began their career as a Medical Technologist at York Memorial Hospital, where they gained experience in various areas of the clinical laboratory. From 2005 to 2011, they served as an Adjunct Faculty in Chemistry at York College of Pennsylvania, teaching undergraduate laboratory courses. Tiffany then worked as a Clinical Instructor at Wellspan York Hospital, where they provided instruction in hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis for a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Science Program. Following this, they joined WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital as the Chief Technologist/Hematology Supervisor, responsible for overseeing laboratory operations and managing laboratory services. In 2016, Tiffany became the Program Director of Medical Laboratory Science and Phlebotomy Technician Programs at The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, where they coordinated activities, lectured, counseled students, and maintained program standards. Currently, they are the Medical Laboratory Science Program Director at Lexington Medical Center, where they oversee the program and ensures its success.
Tiffany S. received their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Towson University in 1987. Tiffany then went on to complete a certificate program from the NAACLS accredited MT program at York Hospital School of Medical Technology in 1987. Recently, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Rutgers Graduate School - Newark.
