Tod Augsburger has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tod started their career at OhioHealth in 1989, where they held several healthcare executive roles until 1999. In 1999, they joined Lexington Medical Center as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until October 2015. From October 2015 to present, they have been serving as the President and CEO of Lexington Medical Center.
Tod Augsburger holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Tod Augsburger is a certified Fellow (FACHE) by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Lexington Medical Center is a 607-bed teaching hospital in West Columbia, South Carolina.
