Marc Jin has extensive experience in the fields of engineering, product development, and business management. Marc began their career in 1996 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cummins Inc. In 1998, they joined Ford Motor Company, where they held several positions over a four-year period, including Programs Manager, Product Planner, and Product & Manufacturing Engineer. In 2003, they co-founded Sentina Systems, Inc., a automotive telematics company, and also held the role of Business Development Manager at Wilson Turbopower. Marc then joined Innovent Technologies as Business Development Manager and Director of Marketing in 2004. From 2006-2015, they were President and CEO of innoPad, Inc., where they were responsible for product marketing, product development, operations leadership, and account management. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Lexington Medical, Inc.

Marc Jin completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2004, focusing on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Marc received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Stuvesant High School from 1990 to 1994.
