Corey Price

Corey Price has a diverse work experience in various industries. Corey started their career as an intern at Vann Energy Services in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an FSR 2 Drilling Fluids at Halliburton, where they maintained fluid properties on rig sites and provided customer service. Corey then joined Veritas Homes as a Construction Administrator, responsible for scheduling construction processes and involved in sales. In 2017, Corey joined Trimont Real Estate Advisors and held several roles, including Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Director, and Director. Corey'sresponsibilities involved analyzing property financial statements and updating models. In 2019, Corey joined Fort Capital as an Asset Manager, and later became the Director of Asset Management. Currently, Corey is working at LXP Industrial Trust as the Vice President and has recently transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President.

Corey Price attended the University of Mississippi from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Managerial Finance. Prior to that, they attended Southwest Mississippi Community College in 2009-2010. Corey also pursued continuing education in Real Estate at New York University School of Professional Studies. In addition to their academic background, Corey received certifications such as a Georgia Real Estate License from GREC in 2016 and a GSWCC level 1A Blue Card from the Georgia EPA in August 2015.
