Tucker Case

Tucker Case was born and raised in Lexington, Nebraska. He graduated from Lexington High School in 2001. He attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney majoring in criminal justice and psychology. After completing two years of college, Tucker went on to become a certified law enforcement officer. He graduated the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Academy in December of 2003 while employed with the Furnas County Sheriff’s Department. Tucker was hired by the Lexington Police Department where he proudly served as a police officer for 4 years.

In October of 2008 Tucker joined the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office where he has served as deputy, police service dog handler, sergeant, and currently serves as the operation lieutenant.

When he is not working, Tucker enjoys hunting and fishing and helping local farmer friends with irrigation pipe, harvest, and general farm work. Tucker is married to Beth, a native of Heartwell, and is also with the Nebraska State Patrol. They live on a small acreage north of Lexington with their three dogs Norman, Lucy, and, Tucker’s retired police dog, Tika.
