Dr. Michelle Gundy

Dr. Michelle Gundy currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Facilities Management & Construction at NYC Citywide Administrative Services, overseeing a team of 1,400 professionals responsible for the operations and maintenance of 55 public buildings and implementing environmental strategies. In addition to this role, Dr. Gundy contributes as a paid writer for Police1 and Corrections1, and operates as a consultant and researcher for MG Communications Consulting, specializing in communications and change management for diverse clients. Previous positions include Research Director at Police2Peace, Executive Director of The American Society of Evidence-Based Policing, and Co-Founder of Body Integration Studio. Dr. Gundy also has extensive experience as Chief Communications Officer at ICL Systems and as a public relations consultant. Dr. Gundy’s educational background includes a Doctor of Education focused on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, along with advanced degrees in Strategic Communications and Communications and Public Relations.
