Gerard Quinn

Gerard Quinn is an experienced professional in law enforcement and emergency medical services, currently serving as the Accreditation Program Manager at Lexipol since January 2023, where responsibilities include consulting on law enforcement and communications center accreditation and liaising with accrediting bodies. Quinn has a longstanding career at Hackensack Meridian Health as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic since June 1993, overseeing advanced life support and community education. Previous positions include Accreditation Assessor for the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and a founding member/instructor at the Peel Institute of Applied Policing, specializing in ethical policing and social media engagement. A former Detective Sergeant at the Cranford Police Department, Quinn has extensive experience in administration, investigative roles, and public information.
