Richard J. Pascarella

Richard J. Pascarella serves as the Director of Professional Services - Policy Operations at Lexipol since July 2017, overseeing the implementation and management of policy and managed services across the United States and Canada while acting as a subject matter expert in policy implementation, compliance, training, and risk management. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at the Placentia Police Department from September 2004 to July 2017, culminating in the rank of Deputy Chief, where responsibilities included oversight of special projects, budget management, internal affairs, and risk management. Richard also managed multiple divisions within the department, emphasizing operations, investigations, and training. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Managerial Science from Amberton University and specialized executive management training from the FBI National Academy and the Senior Management Institute for Police.
