Sam Hishmeh

Sam Hishmeh is an experienced professional in law enforcement policy development and accreditation, currently serving as a Senior Policy Writer/Accreditation at Lexipol since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sam was a Managing Consultant at The Rodgers Group, LLC from September 2008 to December 2021, where responsibilities mirrored those at Lexipol, focusing on creating compliance-driven directives for law enforcement agencies. Sam's extensive background in law enforcement includes various roles at Long Hill Township Police Department, from Police Officer to Deputy Chief, contributing to operational command, accreditation maintenance, and policy enforcement. Early career experience includes a position as a Police Dispatcher at Bridgewater Township Police Department. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Raritan Valley Community College.
