Layal Hammoud

Layal Hammoud currently serves as a Rule of Law Project Manager at LexisNexis Middle East since April 2022. Prior experience includes a legal internship at Queen Mary University of London, where engagement focused on active cases and appeals related to serious criminal offenses. Layal also interned at Winston & Strawn LLP, providing legal research and drafting support, as well as with Hayat Law, contributing to legal contracts and client interactions. Early clinical internships at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and AUBMC involved direct patient interaction and health assessments. Layal obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Queen Mary University of London in June 2021, following a foundation degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, and a High School Diploma from The International School of Choueifat - Koura.
