Marc Nicod

Marc Nicod has extensive experience in academia and legal education, currently serving as the Director of Scientific Research for the journal "Droit de la famille" at LexisNexis since January 2014. Nicod has been involved in teaching at the INFN Institut national des formations notariales and Université Toulouse Capitole since September 2001, holding positions as Chargé d'enseignements and Professor. Prior experience includes teaching at ESCP Business School from September 1998 to December 2006 and serving as Professor at Université de La Rochelle from September 1997 to August 2001. In terms of education, Nicod obtained a Doctorate in Private Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil, along with DEA degrees in Legal History from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and General Private Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
