Matthew Lung

Matthew Lung is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director and Deputy Head of Legal for North America at LexisNexis since August 2017, Matthew is integral to a leadership team overseeing a ten-attorney legal department, providing mentorship, strategic advice, and managing high-stakes transactions. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Counsel positions at United Technologies Corporation, where Matthew supported operations across the Americas and Europe and managed litigation portfolios. Matthew began legal career at Womble Carlyle Sandridge and Rice, PLLC, focusing on products liability and complex scientific issues. Matthew holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BS in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University.
