Gustavo Sepulveda

Gustavo Sepulveda has extensive experience in process engineering and management, currently serving as the Campus Process Engineering Manager at Lexmark since June 2006, where responsibilities include achieving raw process time, planning capital expenses, and developing new processes for assembly. Previous roles at Lexmark include Campus Component & Product Engineering Manager and Component Engineer Team Leader, focusing on technical support, new product introduction, and high-impact development projects. Prior to Lexmark, Gustavo held multiple engineering positions at Delphi from 1995 to 2006, where achievements involved reducing process scrap, enhancing training programs, and managing tooling teams. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.
