Loraine Regan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership within the technology services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lexmark International, Inc. since January 2007, Loraine has successfully developed an integrated HR function that covers key areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
