Martin Ngunjiri

Martin Ngunjiri is an experienced operations professional currently working at Lexo Energy as Operations Control since March 2019. In this role, Martin is involved in the Stop Loss Project aimed at minimizing station losses and achieving full site automation, while also focusing on the design, testing, and enforcement of standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency. Prior to Lexo Energy, Martin served as Fixtures and Competitions Manager at Kenya Rugby Union from January 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing rugby operations across 90 local clubs, 240 high schools, and 5 national teams, as well as compiling and analyzing annual fixtures and maintaining match records. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from United States International University - Africa and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
