Pauline Mwangi

Pauline Mwangi is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, accounting, and auditing. Currently serving as the Financial Planning & Accounting Manager at Lexo Energy since May 2023, Pauline previously held the position of Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting at OLA Energy Kenya from March 2019 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor and Assurance Associate at EY, where expertise in statutory audits, risk management, and compliance advisory services was developed across various sectors. Additional roles at JM Mantle Consultants and CESP Kenya provided a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, and project support. Pauline holds an ACCA qualification from Strathmore University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Nairobi.
