Michelle Hicks

Michelle Hicks has extensive experience in the education and literacy sectors. Since April 2015, Michelle has held various roles at Lexonik, including Senior Manager, Business Growth Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Training Advisor, and Training Advisor. Prior to this, Michelle spent two decades in secondary education from 1995 to 2015, teaching English, Drama, Film Studies, and Media Studies, while also serving as Head of Department and Librarian. Michelle holds a PGCE in English with Drama from Newcastle University and a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Roehampton.
