Jonathan Jenin, MBA

Jonathan Jenin, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jonathan is currently employed at Lexop as the VP of Engineering & Operations, where they lead the software engineering and management functions while providing mentorship and support across all departments. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Lexop, where they established a competitive product and engineering cultural framework and implemented an OKR framework to maximize funding success and position the company as a leader in the market.

Before joining Lexop, Jonathan was self-employed as a Product Management & Engineering consultant. Over five years, they supported founders and their startups in the early stages of growth, bringing four products to the market and raising over $14 million in funding. Jonathan also provided efficiencies-driven restructuring for six startups and established best practices and OKR-driven foundations for over 20 founders.

Jonathan also held the position of Director of Software Development at GSoft, where they oversaw product operations and software development across the company's portfolio. Jonathan managed software development budgets, defined processes and methodologies, and led cross-functional teams to bring products to market.

Additionally, they served as the COO & Executive Producer at SMARTPIXEL, guiding the company's transition to an Agile workflow and overseeing 3D software development. Jonathan's responsibilities included department budget oversight.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Spearhead Games as a Producer and Associate Producer, leading production management and product compliance for various game projects. Jonathan also held the role of Marketing Development Manager at CONESYS EUROPE, where they established and developed a metrics-driven Marketing & Communication department.

Jonathan began their career as a Community Manager at Agence Karismatik and later worked as a Business Development Manager at Syster Soft and Litchi-PC. Jonathan also worked as a Sailing Instructor at the Fédération Française de Voile.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to implement successful frameworks and methodologies, and a track record of bringing products to market and driving growth.

Jonathan Jenin, MBA has a diverse education history. Jonathan attended Le Wagon in 2022, where they completed a Web Development Bootcamp #790. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at ESICAD, specializing in Management & International Business. In 2007, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from CCI Formation, with a focus on Sales, Negotiation & Customer Relationship Management.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan also holds a certification in First Responder and First Responder/Defibrillation from the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), which they obtained in September 2019.
