Jean Serpa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Administrative at Cartório de Registro de Imóveis, where they handled various administrative tasks. From 2012 to 2019, they served as a Technical Support for Conecta, specializing in IT and fiber optic networks. In 2019, Jean worked as a Legal Intern at Defensoria Pública do Estado de Minas Gerais, gaining experience in legal research, document management, and negotiation support. Jean then moved on to work at Mediação Online in 2020, initially as a Negotiator, responsible for negotiating with large companies and clients. Subsequently, Jean worked as a Customer Success Analyst, focusing on managing strategic client accounts and building customer relationships. Most recently, starting in 2023, they joined Lexos by TOTVS as a Customer Success Manager.
