Praveen Chennareddy

Praveen Chennareddy is currently the CFO & Head of Operations at Lextegrity. Praveen has previously held the same position at Pure Water Technology - PHSI and The Tie Bar. Praveen has also been a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and a Senior Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting.

Praveen has been with Lextegrity since November 2017. Praveen was recruited by Clear Light Partners to partner with the CEO on growth strategy. Praveen provides financial direction to the Field Service, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams.

Before joining Lextegrity, Praveen was the CFO at The Tie Bar from January 2014 to October 2016. Praveen was hired by Chicago Growth Partners (CGP) to build a scalable finance and operations organization. Praveen managed Finance, HR, Legal, Fulfillment Operations, Business Intelligence and Customer Service functions.

Praveen was also the CFO and VP of Strategy at WorkWave from February 2011 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the financial management of the company as well as developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Praveen started their career as a Senior Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting in January 2000. Praveen rose through the ranks quickly and became a Vice President at Merrill Lynch in September 2005. Praveen stayed with Merrill Lynch until June 2007 when they left to join WorkWave.

Praveen Chennareddy received their MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they focused on finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Praveen also holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University.
