Marine Parmentier

Marine Parmentier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and a strong background in legal publishing and education. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Woog & Associés since September 2017, Marine is also a founding member of LABOCOM since November 2020. In addition, Marine holds the position of Editor-in-Chief for the Revue ACE and Co-President of the Real Estate Law Commission at ACE, alongside managing a workshop on real estate and digital law for ADIJ since June 2018. With a significant editorial role in various legal publications, including being the Scientific Director of Gazette du Palais - Droit immobilier and the digital work on co-ownership law at LEXBASE, Marine has demonstrated expertise in legal writing. Furthermore, Marine founded Parmentier Avocat and previously served as an Associate Attorney at DLBA AVOCATS, engaging in both advisory and contentious activities. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Business Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil, with additional training in mediation and arbitration.
