Modeste Ouattara

Modeste OUATTARA serves as Senior International Legal Counsel at CANAL+ Group since March 2020, overseeing legal matters across multiple African countries including France, Cameroon, Ghana, and Nigeria, among others. Additionally, Modeste is a Co-Author for Lextenso and has previous experience as a consultant on legal and regulatory affairs. Prior roles include Group In-House Legal Counsel for Advans Microfinance Network and Head of Legal Department for its subsidiary, with earlier positions in various legal firms. Modeste holds an Executive Master in Management from ESSEC Executive Education and an MBA in Business Law and Management from ESG, along with multiple specialized certifications in law and regulation.
