João Gonzalez

João Gonzalez has a wealth of experience in the finance field. João started their career at COLT Telecom, where they worked in a finance role. João then moved on to Deloitte, where they had a successful career growth. At Deloitte, they started as a financial assistant and eventually became a field responsible for the accounting and reporting team, working with multinational clients and participating in financial audit projects. João later joined Pfizer as a Business Finance Analyst before working at MADRE SGPS as an Assessor Financial / Controller. João then joined Wayfield, Trading Internacional, SA as Responsible for Strategic Planning, followed by Grupo Quifel as a Director. João served as the Director at Transfor Group until 2020 when they joined Grupo Leya as the Director Financial and is currently the Chief Financial Officer.

João Gonzalez completed a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 1997 to 2002. João then pursued a Pós-Graduação in Financial Analysis from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Certified European Financial Analyst qualification from EFFAS from 2009 to 2011.
