Ishan Roth

Ishan Roth has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ishan started their career in 1988 as an Instandhaltungsmechaniker at the Maintenance Department of Reifenhäuser Gruppe - The Extrusioneers. In 1994, they worked as a Werkstudent at DEUTZ AG before becoming a Diploma Student at Reifenhäuser Gruppe - The Extrusioneers in 1995. Ishan then joined Pirelli in 1996 as a Process Engineer. In 2001, Ishan moved to Leybold and worked as a Process Engineer until 2005 when they became the Manager of Processinnovation / LEAN Production. Finally, in 2009, they were promoted to the Head of Production Scientific Vacuum, where they currently work.

Ishan Roth obtained their degree in Maschinebau-Fertigungstechnik (Industrial Engineering - Manufacturing Technology) from Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their degree as a Maschinenschlosser (Industrial Mechanic) from Reifenhäuser GmbH & CO. KG between 1985 and 1988.
