Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Armstrong is an accomplished financial expert with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Leyline Renewable Capital, LLC since 2023, Sarah previously worked as CFO and Forensic Accounting Consultant at Meadowdale Consulting from 2021 to 2024, specializing in interim CFO assignments and forensic accounting engagements. Concurrently, Sarah held the position of Corporate Strategy Consultant at International Farming, directing finance special projects. Prior to these roles, Sarah was Chief Financial Officer at Entropy Investment Management from 2015 to 2020, aiding the development and financing of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Sarah also served as Director at Adams, Martin & Associates, PA, and as Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where an international rotation in London was undertaken. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Honors Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
