Louie Silvani

Louie Silvani is an experienced football coach and educator, currently serving as the Foundation Phase Lead Coach (U9-U12) at Leyton Orient Football Club since October 2018. Louie's coaching career began with Walthamstow Wolves in 2011, where significant player development has led to notable achievements, including players joining professional clubs. Additional roles include part-time coaching stints at Chelsea FC Foundation and Brockenhurst FC, along with a position as Community Hub Officer for the West Ham United Foundation. Louie has experience in quality assurance as a QA Tester/Analyst at Sports Interactive and has contributed to anti-discrimination efforts as an ambassador for Kick It Out. Louie holds a Master of Arts in Youth Sport and Physical Education from Solent University and a degree in Football Studies from Southampton Solent University.
