Theresa Bird

Theresa Bird has a strong background in HR management. Theresa started their career in 2005 at Mind as an HR Advisor/Assistant and worked there until 2009. Theresa then moved to YoungMinds where they served as an HR Manager from 2009 to 2011. After that, they joined the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) as an HR Manager from 2011 to 2018. Currently, they are working as the Director of People and Organisational Development at Leyton Sixth Form College, a position they have held since 2022.

Theresa Bird pursued their education starting in 2001 at Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a First Class Degree in English, Media, and Cultural Studies. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Theresa attended the University of East London and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, specializing in HR.
