Benedicte Vassort

Benedicte Vassort has extensive experience in operational excellence and lean management. Benedicte is currently the Industrial Operational Excellence Director at LFB, where they lead the operational excellence approach across industrial sites and builds a sustainable performance management system. Prior to this, they worked as the Operational Excellence Director at Curium Pharma from 2018 to 2022. Benedicte also served as a Senior Consultant in Lean Management and Head of the training center Lean University at Axium Performance SAS from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Guerbet, including Continuous Improvement Manager, Organisation & Talent Manager, Operational Excellence Supply Chain, Industrial Quality Assurance Manager, and Supply Chain and Purchasing Quality Assurance Manager. Benedicte started their career as a Project Leader at Air Liquide in 2001.

Benedicte Vassort earned a Docteur en Pharmacie degree from Université Pharmacie ParisV from 1987 to 1994. Benedicte also received a Certification in Lean Management from Axium Performance- Lean University from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they completed a Master Spécialisé in Gestion de la Production et Supply Chain from Mines Paris from 2001 to 2002.
