Virginie Scanu

Virginie Scanu has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the EVP HR and Group HR Director at LFB, a position they began in March 2018. Before that, they served as the HR Director for Europe West-South at ALK from September 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, Virginie held various HR leadership positions at GSK, Novartis, SSL International (Reckitt Benckiser), Aquaboulevard - Forest Hill, and Marks and Spencer. Notably, at SSL International, they took on parallel assignments as the HR Director for France and the Group HR Talent Manager, where they were responsible for change management, developing competencies models, and participating in the HR executive committee.

Virginie Scanu obtained a Master's degree in HR from KEDGE Business School from 1991 to 1994. In 2005 and 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Executive Coaching from Académie du Coaching.
