Ashley Prisant

Ashley Prisant serves as the Portfolio CHRO at LFM Capital since June 2023, following a diverse career in leadership and education. Currently an instructor at Harvard Extension School, Ashley teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Amazon, managing a worldwide learning and development program for over 2,600 employees, and serving as President of Square Peg Solutions, LLC, focusing on strategic operations and HR optimization. Ashley has also held academic positions at Queens University of Charlotte and held leadership roles at AMTdirect, Belk, and in the US Navy, where proficiency in operations and finance was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a PhD in Management from Sullivan University.
