Alessandro Albertini

Alessandro Albertini has extensive work experience in human resources and labor relations. Alessandro started their career at Micron Italia in 2006 as an Industrial Relations Representative before moving up to become the Labor & Industrial Relations Manager. In these roles, they supported the company in defining organizational policies, managing employee relations, and providing training and consultancy on labor issues. In 2013, Alessandro joined LFoundry as an HR Area Manager, where they developed HR policies and programs, managed personnel administration, and handled union relationships and labor disputes. Alessandro went on to become the HR Operation & Labor Relation Director, overseeing HR policies, supporting department managers, and promoting the company culture. Currently, Alessandro is the Head Of Human Resources at LFoundry, responsible for implementing HR strategies, talent management, compensation & benefits programs, and leadership development. Alongside their roles at Micron Italia and LFoundry, they also served as a board member of Fontex, a private pension fund catering to employees of Texas Instruments and related companies. In this position, they worked to develop Fontex and provide employees with additional welfare opportunities.

Alessandro Albertini has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from LUISS Business School. Additionally, they have a Laurea Specialistica (equivalent to a master's degree) in Law from the University of Parma. In 2014-2015, they completed a Master's program at Mefop in the field of Economics and Law of complementary social security.
