Antonio Casella has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Antonio started their career at Texas Instruments in 1995 as a Random Defect Analysis Engineer, where they played a key role in reducing defects and improving product yield. Antonio also introduced the Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) technology. In 2000, they joined Micron Technology as a Parametric Senior Engineer, focusing on the development and improvement of parametric test programs. Antonio later moved to a role at Micron as a Wafer Level Reliability Control Senior Engineer, where they ensured compliance with industry standards. In 2013, Casella joined LFoundry as a Wafer Level Reliability Staff Engineer Leader, responsible for maintaining quality requirements and compliance with automotive industry standards.
Antonio Casella pursued their education in the field of Microelettronica and completed a degree in Ingegneria Elettronica from the University of Rome Tor Vergata from 1984 to 1995.
