Michele Carlini

Michele Carlini has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Wet Process Area Manager and Diffusion Area Manager at LFoundry since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Process Engineer at the same company from April 2013 to April 2017. Prior to LFoundry, Michele worked at Micron Technology as a Diffusion Process Engineer from 1998 to May 2013, focusing on developing and supporting advanced process control solutions to enhance manufacturing goals. Beginning a career at Texas Instruments as an Equipment Engineer from 1992 to 1998, Michele contributed to creating preventive maintenance procedures for fabrication tools. Michele holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche, obtained in 1990.
