Viviene Iñiguez Ma is the Head of People & Organization at LFX Digital, Air8 Trade Finance, and UNIFi3D. Prior to their current roles, Viviene served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement at Neo Derm. Viviene has a strong background in HR and organizational development, with previous experience as a Senior Manager at InterChina. Viviene holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Utah State University. Additionally, Viviene is currently pursuing a certificate in Supply Chain Finance and Blockchain Technology from New York Institute of Finance.
