Franziska Knedel

Franziska Knedel has extensive work experience in various roles in human resources and sales. Franziska is currently the Personalleitung/Head of HR at VisiConsult - X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at OSP - Otto Group Solution Provider from January 2019 to March 2020 and as a Recruiter from December 2016 to December 2018. Franziska also worked as a Mitarbeiterin Career Development Center at Fachhochschule Lübeck from September 2014 to November 2016 and as a Werkstudentin HR at Altran Germany from January 2013 to December 2013. Before that, they gained sales experience as a Mitarbeiterin im Verkauf at Esprit from April 2009 to February 2012 and from November 2006 to July 2008. Franziska also had a short internship in Human Resources at Ernst von Bergmann Klinikum Potsdam from May 2010 to August 2010.

Franziska Knedel obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Technische Hochschule Lübeck, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Franziska further pursued their education at Fachhochschule Lübeck, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained the Personio Essentials certification from Personio in June 2023.
