Eric Dickerson has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Technical Support Manager for Call Center Operations at LG Air Conditioning Technologies USA since December 2016, after progressing through roles as Technical Support Supervisor and Technical Support. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Senior Tech at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2012 to June 2016. Eric also worked as a Technical Specialist at Rockwell Collins from 2009 to 2012 and served in the US Navy as CTM2(SS) from May 2003 to November 2009. Eric Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation from Remington College-Dallas Campus.
