Pete Chagnon

Pete Chagnon currently serves as the Human Resources Director at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. since December 2024. Previously, Chagnon held the position of Strategic HR Business Partner (Sr. Manager/Principal) at Motional from December 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing talent strategies, compensation, and employee relations across SG&A, Singapore, and Korea. A significant part of Chagnon's career was spent at Veoneer, where roles included Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Automotive Radar division and Senior HR Manager at a manufacturing facility with over 750 employees. Earlier experience includes various HR positions at Ameresco, contributing to substantial employee growth, and a role as Merchandising Manager at Best Buy. Chagnon holds an MBA and a BBA, both from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, along with an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
