William Abramczyk

William Abramczyk has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. William is currently the Chief Technical Officer at their own company, William Abramczyk LLC, where they provide technical consulting for project management and engineering design solutions. William is also working on a long-term contract with a large OEM to revise steering systems for improved compliance. In addition, they are the Chief Engineer/Senior Manager at LG Energy Solution and was previously the Global Manager at Stellantis for high voltage batteries and hardware integration.

Prior to these roles, William was a Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they led NHTSA and international investigations and provided technical support for steering columns and dash seals. William was also a Technical Manager at Delphi Automotive Systems, overseeing systems integration and customer support internationally. Before that, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Supervisor, Principal Engineer, and International Service Employee in Australia. William started their career at General Motors as a Senior Project Engineer and at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Design Engineer.

Before entering the automotive industry, William gained experience as an Owner of their own business and as a Coop student in drafting at Modular Data Systems, Inc.

William Abramczyk obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University from 1981 to 1985. William pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management and Human Resource Management from Lawrence Technological University from 1989 to 1991. In 2008 to 2011, they studied Chinese - Mandarin and Italian at Oakland Community College. Additionally, they briefly attended Michigan Technological University in 2010 to study Hybrid and Electric Vehicle powertrain and battery design. William Abramczyk also attained a certification in Shainin Red X Journeyman/Master Black Belt and is ASI DFSS Black Belt Certified.
