Marc-Olivier Guy

Marc-Olivier Guy is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director for People and Culture at LG2 since January 2022. In this role, Marc-Olivier focuses on enhancing the candidate experience in alignment with LG2’s values and contributing to the development of the employer brand while implementing effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Marc-Olivier held the position of Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner at Numeris from July 2021 to January 2022, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and supporting the People & Culture department. Earlier experiences include Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist roles at Numeris and H&M, as well as a tenure at TELUS, where Marc-Olivier served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and held various sales positions.
