Kenneth Segal

Kenneth Segal has an extensive work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Kenneth is currently a Partner and Head of Business Advisory Practice Group at LGA, LLP, where they assist business owners with optimizing enterprise value and mitigating risks. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Avalon Securities, LTD, providing financial and advisory services to middle-market companies. Kenneth also held roles such as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at JMSeas, Inc., Chief Executive Officer at BRG Capital Advisors, LLC, and Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC, among others. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, risk mitigation, and capital markets.

Kenneth Segal has a diverse education history. Kenneth obtained their MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they attended from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Bowdoin College from 1984 to 1987 and graduated with a degree in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude. In 1986, they also completed an internship in Organic Chemistry at the Weizmann Institute of Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Kenneth Segal also holds various certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), including the Series 24, Series 63, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 99 certifications.
