Adriana Sanchez is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Cisco Phone Administrator 1 at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP since April 2017, Adriana previously held roles as a System Support Specialist at both IBM and Citigroup, delivering programming and troubleshooting services to numerous cities across the USA and internationally. Additionally, Adriana worked at Pearson Education from 2003 to 2011, where responsibilities included providing voice system support as a Voice Telecommunication Technician and managing a high volume of customer calls as a Switchboard Operator.
