Laura Wilkinson

Laura Wilkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the charity sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at the LGBT Foundation since October 2022, Laura oversees all aspects of the organization to execute a 5-year strategic plan aimed at empowering the LGBTQ+ community. Prior to this role, Laura held positions such as Director of Operations at LGBT Foundation, Head of Programmes at Manchester Cares, and NCS Programme Lead at Greater Manchester Youth Network. Laura's earlier roles included managing youth programs with The Challenge and overseeing administrative functions for mental health services at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Screen Studies from The University of Manchester.
