Simon Baker

Simon Baker has over 25 years of diverse experience in human resources and management across various organizations. Since November 2015, Simon has held multiple roles at the LGBT Foundation, currently serving as Deputy Director of People, managing a range of functions related to human resources and organizational development. Prior to this, Simon spent eight years at The Manchester College as Office Manager, overseeing strategic planning in the Offender Learning department and ensuring the successful production of qualitative inspection data. Early career experience includes positions at DHL as a Customer Planning Advisor, focusing on logistics and customer relations, and at The Co-operative Group as Team Leader, where Simon coordinated staff and operations in a retail environment. Simon's educational background includes CIPD Level 7 in Human Resource Management and ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
