Bill was in retail management for thirty-six years, during which he was the Community Service Chair for his assigned regions. During this time, he developed his sense of being of service to others. Hosting community events, donations, and fundraising was his exposure to humanity, and being able to help others was fulfilling. Most recently he traveled for five months through nine different states. Having exposure to homelessness, sexism, and homophobia reignited his passion for being of service. The Center affords him a place to feel safe, be of service, and make an impact on humanity.
