Jeff Sears

Jeff Sears has extensive experience in the construction and mechanical fields, currently serving as Superintendent at LGE Design Build since July 2018. Previous roles include Project Manager at Affinity Solutions Experts and Piping Superintendent at IMCOR, alongside significant leadership positions such as Mechanical Superintendent and Piping Supervisor at Comfort Systems USA Southwest and IMCOR, respectively. Jeff began their career as an Apprentice specializing in plumbing, piping, and HVAC, and progressed to a Piping Foreman at S. I. Goldman Company Inc./CSUSA, showcasing a solid progression in supervisory and management roles throughout various companies in the industry.
