Tadd Schurwanz

Tadd Schurwanz currently serves as a Superintendent at LGE Design Build since September 2022, having previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent. Prior to this, Tadd worked at W.E. O'Neil Construction from May 2019 to September 2022 as a Field Engineer, where responsibilities included reviewing contracts and managing requests for information with architects and subcontractors. Tadd’s experience also encompasses a role as Project Engineer at FCI Constructors, Inc. from May 2018 to May 2019, assisting project management with various tasks including subcontractor submittals and value engineering. Earlier professional experience includes an Estimating Intern position, contributing to job procurement through quantity take-offs and proposal communication. Tadd served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from August 2011 to August 2015. Tadd holds a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, attained between 2016 and 2019.
